A skilled safe tech would have known the name of this safe, and if not, would know the steps to determine which lock is behind this door by a simple procedure with the handle and dial. Is it a OB type lock, or a lock case? Just looking at how close the handle is to the dial will tell a skilled safe technician that the handle that close to the lock is not a Right Handed Lock, and that it's facing in a different direction (VU or VD), in this case, vertical up on a Mosler Safe.
